Tri-Cities Extreme is a non-profit club under the umbrella of AAU Amateur Athletic Union. Member of the JVA & USAV southern Region. 

We provide an opportunity for our young athletes to develop not only their individual skills but also team skills and promote the sport of volleyball for NE Tennessee and SW Virginia. Our goal is for each athlete to learn the game of volleyball and compete to the best of their ability. We strive for our coaches to teach technique with positive, winning attitude to your players while still enjoying the atmosphere. This is an athlete-focused club where coaches have the final say when coaching.

For those of you who are returning to our club for another season, we look forward to seeing you in the gyms soon.  For those of you that are new - we are so excited to have you join us.  Please review the document below "What to Expect Before, During & After Tryouts" and this will hopefully answer many of your questions.
